Map and Directions

The offices of University Development are now located in Venture I, part of NC State’s Centennial Campus.

Driving to Venture I

From Holladay Hall

1. Take Pullen Drive south across Western Boulevard to the roundabout on Bilyeu Street.
2. Turn right at the roundabout and proceed west on Bilyeu Street.
3. Cross Centennial Parkway on Bilyeu Street, then turn right onto Main Campus Drive.
4. Turn right onto Varsity Drive.
5. Turn left onto Venture Center Way.

From Talley Student Union

1. Take Morrill Drive south to Western Boulevard.
2. Proceed south across Western Boulevard onto Avent Ferry Road.
3. Turn left onto Varsity Drive.
4. Turn right onto Venture Center Way.

From I-40/Gorman Street

1. Take Exit 295 onto Gorman Street and head north.
2. Turn right onto Avent Ferry Road.
3. Turn right onto Varsity Drive.
4. Turn right onto Venture Center Way.

From I-40/Lake Wheeler Road

1. Take Exit 297 onto Lake Wheeler Road and head north.
2. Turn left onto Centennial Parkway.
3. Turn left onto Achievement Drive.
4. Turn right onto Main Campus Drive.
5. Turn left onto Research Drive.
6. Turn right onto Venture Center Way.

Parking

Parking is available in the Venture Parking Deck located on Venture Center Way. Visitors should enter the deck via the middle entrance across from the art mural, “Spark of Life.” Venture I is next door, and University Development is located on the third floor in Suite 350.
