Pack Appreciation Day 2021

Each day, NC State donors fuel the extraordinary, from scholarships and student enrichment programs to faculty support and research opportunities. Is it any wonder that we’re filled with #PackAppreciation?

After a virtual Pack Appreciation Day in 2020, we welcomed students back to Stafford Commons to celebrate how the Think and Do the Extraordinary Campaign has made a positive impact on every part of NC State  — and honor the people who have made it possible. More than 1,800 students wrote thank-you cards, shared social media posts and recorded video messages for our donors, while over 80 volunteers connected with those participants about the impact of philanthropy.

We’re so grateful to our donors and to our students for making our third annual Pack Appreciation Day such a success. In a year unlike any other, donors helped our Pack stay motivated, feel supported and — most importantly — continue their education. For 2020’s virtual Pack Appreciation Day, students from colleges and programs across the university sent in quotes and videos sharing their appreciation for all you make possible.

On our first-ever Pack Appreciation Day, more than 1,500 students came down to Stafford Commons to learn about the impact of Philanthropy at NC State, write thank-you notes, record video messages and share their gratitude our donors on social media.
