Bio

Amanda Lloyd is executive vice president and chief people officer for Raleigh-headquartered North State Bank. She leads and oversees the commercial and retail banking teams, wealth management, human resources and marketing, and she co-leads the bank’s mortgage division. Lloyd earned her B.S. in business management from NC State in 1998 and holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previously serving as a professional mentor for NC State’s Poole College of Management, Lloyd currently serves in the NC State Alumni Career Focus Group and is a Lifetime Member of the NC State Alumni Association. She and her husband, Sean, who is also an NC State alumnus, have one daughter and live in Raleigh, enjoying all it has to offer.
