Jon and Jolie Rufty

Jon Rufty ’77 Management, and his wife, Jolie, are excited to serve as the new 2012-2013 Chancellor’s Circle co-chairs.

Jon is a member of the Poole College of Management Dean’s Advisory Board and is a charter partner at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course. In 2011, Jon was recognized as Poole College of Management Alumnus of the Year and received the Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Award. Jon is President and Owner of Rufty Homes, Inc., a residential construction company specializing in building and remodeling fine custom homes throughout NC for 23-years. Their focus is working with owners to deliver timeless quality, attention to detail, energy efficiency, green building, sustainability and health-conscious construction.

The Ruftys are passionate and active supporters of NC State. “Supporting NC State is deeply rewarding to us. We want to be a catalyst for the university and help it achieve an even higher level of excellence.”
