Chancellor’s Circle

The Chancellor’s Circle is reserved for NC State’s most generous annual donors—alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends—who believe in our mission and possess both the foresight and capacity to provide powerful annual support at leadership levels.

Through generous annual commitment, you can help fuel discovery and innovation across our campus and improve the academic performance of our students and the quality of their NC State experience. From unrestricted current use gifts to the colleges and units to endowment gifts supporting scholarships and faculty research, private philanthropy is a high-impact investment.

The 3,264 members of the Chancellor’s Circle contributed more than $49 million last year.

Membership Benefits

As a Chancellor’s Circle member, you can enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that you help make possible so many of the day-to-day successes of the NC State community, and inspire others to give more generously. In addition, you receive special communications and event invitations throughout the year reserved exclusively for Chancellor’s Circle members.

Membership Opportunities

Annual membership is based on household cumulative giving of $1,000 or more during a single academic year, July 1 through June 30. Whether your passion is a particular academic program, the arts, the library or another initiative, you choose the area—or areas—where you would like to make an impact.
