WHAT WE DO
Alumni & Donor Records processes private donations to the university. Our team is responsible for recording and maintaining alumni and donor information, providing biographical and gift processing, and ensuring that all contributions are receipted in a timely manner.
Development Communications and Donor Relations is a central resource that fosters a collaborative relationship with our campus partners. Our team of communications and donor relations professionals offers a range of services to engage, cultivate and steward our many constituents—alumni, parents and friends.
Information Services provides the backbone and infrastructure for University Advancement by overseeing business process analysis and implementation. Almost all new fundraising processes, as they relate to data, are outlined, documented and tested by our team. Information Services is also responsible for the maintenance of the university’s Advance system and the Advancement reporting system –WebI.
Prospect Management uses a systematic process to help determine who should ask which donors, for what gift, for what program and at what time. Our team works closely with development officers and administrators to use information strategically, making the university’s advancement efforts more efficient and effective.
Prospect Research provides information that helps university representatives establish, build, maintain and strengthen the relationships that lead to private gifts. Our team conducts public information research on people, companies and foundations, seeking to identify new potential donors; to find indicators of prospects’ interests, willingness and capacity to give; and to provide information for development personnel that can be strategically applied throughout the development cycle.
